This is truly the Queen of Anthuriums and perhaps you can already understand this by looking at her. She is therefore more often called the Queen Anturium, which is also just much easier to pronounce ;). She has incredibly elongated dark green velvety leaves. These leaves in turn are accompanied with silver veins which just really makes her shine even more. We are sure every plant lover will want this plant in their home!
This Queen is a tropical plant and therefore she likes a tropical environment. This means that she needs to be in a place where there is enough light, but no direct sunlight and a place with a high humidity of 70% or more. Putting her in a closed cabinet or next to a humidifier is then a solution. This queen likes plenty of oxygen near the roots and no potting soil that stays wet for long. Our Epiphyte potting soil mix is therefore recommended for this beautiful plant. The potting soil should also not be completely dry for too long, so give her small amounts of water regularly, so you can never give too much, but not too little either. In summer, regular plant nutrition is recommended.

Everything about Anthurium
All varieties of Anthurium plants are tropical plants and mostly come from South and Central America. Anthurium is a genus of about 1000 species and, therefore, one of the largest genus of the Araceae family.
Anthuriums are divided into two main groups: flowering Anthuriums (flamingo flowers) and foliage Anthuriums. Flowering Anthuriums have brightly coloured waxy spathes (modified leaves) that look like flowers. Other varieties of Anthurium plants have striking foliage with big and deep green heart-shaped leaves and amazing veined patterns.
