Give the Burle Marx Flame a spot next to an east or west facing window. This provides indirect bright light, without risking the foliage from scorching. Further away from a sunnier window is also a good option!
Water the Monstera when the top of the soil feels dry, allowing the excess water to drain from the pot. This can be done when the plant grows in a nursery pot, in which you can use an ornamental outer pot, or an alternative like a Terracotta pot with saucer.
When you are ready to repot this rarity, choose a well draining soil mix that is still able to retain moisture. This can be done with the aroid potting mix kit. That kit contains all the substrates you might need to create the perfect blend at home.
