Do you fancy a tropical ambience in your slightly dark space. With this plant, the Kentia palm, you can! This palm originates from a beautiful island near Australia. Her size and her beautiful green feathery leaves give an instantly stunning effect in whatever room you put her in.
Howea forsteriana is an incredibly popular houseplant because of her air-purifying properties. The plant is also very easy to look after. Be careful not to move this palm too often, as she doesn't handle that well! Place her in the shade, or with indirect light. The leaves can burn with too much sunlight, so be careful. Also make sure this kentia has a slightly moist soil. The soil should not dry out. So she prefers small bits of water more often than a big gulp all at once.
