We understand that you are completely obsessed with the beauty of the Alocasia Frydek variegata. Now we also have her in this B-grade variant. Variegation is extremely rare because it is a difficult process to create genetic mutations, therefore this baby Variegata Frydek has less variegation, also known as B-grade. This means that not every leaf has variegation and it is not guaranteed that new leaves will have this rare variegation. The baby Alocasia Frydek Variegata B-grade has deep green velvety leaves with beautiful light green, white/cream coloured patterns. She is a real showstopper and therefore so unique! Even with perhaps less variegation, she is beautiful, isn't she?
To preserve the unique variegation on the baby Alocasia Frydek Variegated, it is necessary that it receives sufficient light, otherwise its beautiful white and cream coloured pattern will disappear. It likes moist soil. Caution. Like other Alocasia's, it will drip if given too much water. Check by sticking your finger 2-3 cm into the potting soil. Does the soil stick to your finger? Then she still has enough water. Put her in a place where she gets enough light, but certainly not in direct sunlight. During the growing season (March-October) she likes to be pampered twice a month with some delicious PLNTS nutrition.

March 26, 2024This B-grade arrived super variegated, I was skeptical based on the pictures but I am not disappointed at all. Arrived in a perfect condition with 3 leaves and 4th unfurling and still wet soil. fast shipping, very well packaged.
