Wooow, we are star struck! A mature sweetheart plant, it could hardly be more literal! Who wouldn’t be cheered up by so many hearts in one plant? The Hoya Kerrii will be the eye-catcher in your house and will probably cause a lot of oehhh’s and ahhhh’s. She grows on a big trunk where she develops beautiful thick green heart shaped leaves. You can let her hang, but she is also fond of climbing. No matter what way she grows, she’ll always show you her love.
In comparison to the other Hoya’s is the Hoya Kerrii one of the Hoya’s that loves shine in indirect light. Because of her thick leaves she almost looks like a succulent, but her appearance is deceiving. She doesn’t absorb water in her leaves and therefore she certainly needs more water than succulents, in summer even twice a week! Make sure that het soil is dried out before you water her again as we don’t want to give root rot a chance with this beauty! A higher humidity will stimulate her growth, but isn’t a requirement for her. If you do want to stimulate her growth on a different way
