Scindapsus Njoy is a fresh little character with boldly variegated leaves: pure white edges around patches of deep green. She stays compact and bushy, which makes her perfect for a shelf, side table or bright desk. Her trailing vines slowly grow longer and can hang or climb, whatever you prefer. An easygoing green friend that brings a crisp, modern touch to your urban jungle.
Your pothos is about as easygoing as green friends get. Give her a spot with bright, indirect light; she tolerates some shade, though variegated leaves keep their pattern best with more light. Water weekly in summer and let the top of the soil dry out between waterings, as soggy roots are the one thing she truly dislikes. Limp leaves are her way of asking for a drink, and she perks up within hours. Feed lightly in spring and summer and repot every two years. Keep her out of reach of pets, since her leaves are not meant for nibbling.

Scindapsus plants are super tough houseplants, perfect for first-time plant parents or homes that don't get much light. They're low maintenance and can handle different growing conditions, like low light and being left alone for a while. There are several names for the plant - Scindapsus, Satin Pothos, Silk Pothos, and Spotted Ivy.
As a member of the Araceae family, Satin Pothos enjoys climbing up tall trees and other objects to reach the sunlight in their natural habitat.
