This specific species is highly loved by the PLNTS community. You might fall for the Philodendron Mamei too after seeing her pretty appearance. Her foliage is shaped like hearts and has a ribbed texture to them. Her base colour is a bright green, but she has some gorgeous silvery parts as well, which makes her a very special plant to look at. This stunner will grow best in bright indirect light. She would also be very happy in a humidity of around 60%, which is a good medium humidity. As far as the temperature goes, don’t let it drop below 18 degrees and 27 degrees is her maximum.
She will feel very comfortable in an airy potting mix. You can use our aroid potting mix kit to make your own soil mix at home.
You can provide this green beauty with water whenever the top of the soil is dry. This will be about once a week a thorough watering, which will change regarding the temperature and humidity where she is growing. That is why you should check the soil's moistness on a regular basis.
