The Philodendron Jose Buono is a unique species among the Philodendron family. She shows her beauty by her paddle shaped leaves that have white spots and patterns. She does like some attention in terms of watering after the soil gets dry. But apart from that she absolutely loves to have time on her own as she is toxic once ingested by pets or children. This variegated star is a true climber so she will be a rising star in no time!
Note: the plant will arrive with a minimum of three variegated leaves.
This beauty thrives in bright, indirect light but also has no problems with partial shade. She does best when kept in moist soil during the warm months. In winter, it's a good idea to let the soil almost dry out between watering. Philodendrons are sensitive types when it comes to water! Also make sure that no water remains in the pot after a watering. This can lead to root rot. Like many plants from the Philodendron family, Jose Buono is also a climbing plant. Help her up with a plant guide!
