This Philodendron has a very distinctive leaf shape that we have fallen for! This is the Philodendron Glad Hands. She is a cultivar of the Philodendron Pedatum. Which means that she was created by selective breeding and that worked out more than well! This species has longer, narrower leaves with thin lobes. This unique plant has low maintenance, yaay! She requires watering about once a week, when the top of her soil feels dry. You can put her inside a standard aroid potting mix, which you can create with our aroid bundle.
Place her inside bright indirect light, she also enjoys a soft morning sun on her leaves. Just keep an eye on her leaves so that they don’t scorch from getting too warm in the sun, especially in summer. She will be alright in a normal room temperature and humidity.
To grow her leaves to their full potential, she will need a monthly portion of PLNTS nutrition during the growing season. And that is it!
