Peperomia Picollo Banda is a striking little appearance with silvery green leaves and dark purple veins, carried on warm red stems. Her graphic pattern almost looks drawn, which makes her stand out in any collection of green friends. She stays nice and compact, ideal for a windowsill or desk. Pet-friendly and unfussy, a small plant with serious style.
Your peperomia is wonderfully low-key: a bright spot without direct sun keeps her colours and patterns at their best. Water about once every two weeks, letting the soil dry out well in between; her semi-succulent leaves hold reserves and overwatering is her only real enemy. When in doubt, wait a few more days. Normal room humidity is fine, no misting rituals needed. Feed lightly in spring and summer and repot every two to three years into an airy mix. And the best part: she is completely safe for cats and dogs.

Peperomias are a wide-ranging group of tropical plants native to Central and South America. There are over 1000 different Peperomia, each with lovely and unique foliage. There are a lot of different leaf colours, from deep green to purple and red. Plus, some of them produce cute spikes of tiny, tube-shaped flowers!
They are also very adaptable as indoor plants. They can handle all sorts of growing conditions, making them the perfect choice for those just starting with houseplants or those with busy schedules who don't have much time for plant care.
