As her name hints at, this Maranta has beautiful light veins across her leaves. This gives a very extraordinary effect! This special plant will be a real show stopper in your urban jungle. Did you know that this plant is very special and that it is almost nowhere to be found? We are therefore super proud to add her to our collection and hope that you are as excited as we are!
This Rare veined plant can sometimes be a bit needy, but not something our PLNTSparent skills can't handle! With her Brazilian roots in the rainforest, you can imagine that she loves heat and humidity. She likes a humidity level of at least 50%. But she likes it even better when the humidity is around 70%! She will give you a signal when she is thirsty, because her leaves will curl up. To prevent this, it is best to keep the soil slightly moist. She can grow very fast in bright indirect sunlight, in less light she will do fine, but her beautiful pattern may fade. She can get cute little flowers if she is very happy

We expect every order to arrive in tip-top shape. We take intensive care of the plants in our greenhouse and use special and as sustainable as possible protective packaging to ship our plants. We also wrote an extensive blog about how to unpack and prepare your plants for growth after shipping. However there are rare occasions where our plants don’t meet their full potential. That’s why all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival, if still in its original nursery pot.

Everything about Maranta
Maranta is a genus of flowering plants in the Marantaceae family. It's found in Central and South American tropical regions and the West Indies. There are around 40 different species of Maranta known today.
The common name Prayer Plant or Praying Plant refers to members of the Maranta genus, which includes several species of plants with strikingly patterned leaves that fold up at night, as if in prayer. The closely related Calathea genus also includes plants that are sometimes called Prayer Plants because they show similar leaf movements.
