Begonia’s never stop mesmerising us with their cute foliage! The Begonia Albopicta has long pointy leaves with an adorable dotted pattern. The dots are smaller and more spaced out than on the Begonia Maculata. This cutie would like to grow inside bright indirect light. Also make sure that the temperature stays above 15 degrees at all times. Her beautiful foliage will be damaged by colder temperatures or cold drafts.
She likes to have her soil moist, but make sure it is not soggy. We would advise to place her in a pot with drainage holes, so excess water can drain from the pot. This will make her happy and also reduces the chance of any root rot, looks like a win-win to us!
Lastly, when she has grown bigger and needs to be transferred, you can place her inside a well draining potting soil. Adding substrates like perlite will help with this.
