The baby Ceropegia Woodii is also known as the ‘string of hearts’ or the Chinese lantern plant. She’s a popular hanging plant which takes her name from the little heart-shaped leaves which hang down on thin stems. The Baby Ceropegia Woodii String of Hearts originates from Zimbabwe and South Africa. Here she grows between the rocks, hanging down in long strings. She’ll be just as happy in your warm home and will grow well, but be sure to put her in a pot on a higher cupboard or opt for a hanging pot, because her strands can grow up to 3 metres long!
The baby Ceropegia Woodii is easy to care for and can be placed in full sun or half shade, but if you see her leaves turning lighter green it’s a sign that she might not be getting enough light. She doesn’t need a lot of water; a weekly splash is enough and will prevent risk of root rot. In nature she often grows on rock faces, so a hanging basket will allow her to dangle happily. She is reasonably stable, which means that you hardly need to repot her. In order not to exhaust the soil we recommend adding some organic PLNTS nutrition in the summer months. Baby Ceropegia Woodii also loves a refreshing bath from a spray bottle and her strands will multiply quickly and become even longer.
Love watching the pearls get longer! Easy to take care of!
Cute little plant. Arrived in great condition and well packed.
Its quite big actually. Arrived in perfect condition (i ordered in winter)
Arrived in perfect health and was a lot bigger than I expected (I bought an S) However I can't seem to keep these alive, will not buy again (but that is probably my own fault) (they hate me)
Beautiful very mini baby plant but very healthy, i love it
It's so fragile, so many "pearls" fell off when I first handled it, that it got me worried. Fortunately, this one is way more robust than it may seem at first. It has had a massive growth spurt since then and it's getting more lush by the day.
Very cute plant. Arrived in a good condition and good packaging and fast shipping. Healthy plant, can't wait to see it grow. Love it
Love this little baby. Arrived very small but after month or two pretty much doubled in size.
Very well packed it arrived perfectly, it is so beautiful

Everything about Senecio
Senecio is one of the biggest plant families that belong to the daisy (Asteraceae) family. There are over 1,000 different species of Senecio all over the world - some are annoying weeds, while others are beloved garden plants. Senecio succulents are also quite popular as houseplants and are perfect for growing indoors.
The name "Senecio" comes from the Latin word "senex," which means "old man." This is because many species of Senecio have a fluffy, white seed head like an older man's beard.
