This plant isn't growing in any soil, which is pretty cool about the Tillandsia! This results in that the care is slighty different for this one of a kind plant.
You can water this Jellyfish plant by giving the plant a good soak every week. Just place it in a bowl of luke-warm water and let is absorb the water for about 20-30 minutes. In between soak sessions, you can spray the plant with a plant sprayer on a regular basis.

Tillandsia is a group of plants in the Bromeliaceae family, which includes a bunch of different types of plants like Air Plants.
