Yes! You're taking the challenge of letting your Strelitzia Nicolai germinate. So let's roll up those sleeves and start planting by following the steps below:
Step 1
Soak the seeds in lukewarm water for 48 hours
**Step 2 **
Plant the seeds about 2 cm deep in the soil. Make sure they are completely covered with soil. Keep some space between the seeds so that they do not get in each other's way during germination.
Step 3
Place the pot in a warm and light place
**Step 4 **
Keep the soil moist during the germination period
**Step 5 **
Sitting, waiting, wishing.. the germination of the Strelitzia Nicolai will take about 2 to 6 months.

I followed the grow instructions it came with and put it into my grow cabinet. After just six weeks 3 of the 5 seeds are already sprouting. The other two are probably also sprouting with a little more time. I am totally happy and its fun to see them growing from seeds. Totally recommended!

5 little orange seeds that are too cute not to see, but they had to go in the soil. It's been close to a month now, so I'm impatiently waiting!

We expect every order to arrive in tip-top shape. We take intensive care of the plants in our greenhouse and use special and as sustainable as possible protective packaging to ship our plants. We also wrote an extensive blog about how to unpack and prepare your plants for growth after shipping. However there are rare occasions where our plants don’t meet their full potential. That’s why all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival, if still in its original nursery pot.
