Philodendron Glorious we hear you thinking. Yes, this is a hybrid of the popular Philodendron Gloriosum and Philodendron Melanochrysum. So this plant does not occur in nature, but has been deliberately bred by humans! Which we are very happy about, because what a beautiful combination. The leaves of the Glorious are longer, narrower and darker green in colour than a Gloriosum due to the influence of the Melanochrysum. Because of the characteristics of the Gloriosum, Glorious leaves are also rounder, less elongated and brighter green in colour than a Melanochrysum. So really a perfect mix of both. Surely every Philodendron lover wants to bring this baby into their home to see how this mix will grow up and look!
Philodendron Glorious likes bright, indirect sunlight. This will ensure that the leaves remain fresh and green. Allow the potting soil of this baby Philodendron Glorious to dry out between watering and ensure high humidity, between 60% and 80%. Furthermore, she thrives well in an environment with moderate temperatures of 18-27 degrees Celsius and grows best in an airy potting soil mix. Our Aroid potting soil mix would be perfect.

October 16, 2024I bought this plant January 22nd this year (2024). The growth in these 9 months is amazing and it sized up really quick! I love it and would highly recommend it! My only warning would be that it looks nothing like a Philodendron Glorious, but more like a Splendid. However, I still recommend it!

May 31, 2024Plant is doing fine so far and I am really excited to finally have it! The only negative side of this plant is that it really had only 1 root so is taking its time to grow, I wished I could have received a more rooted plant. Shipping was top notch.

October 28, 2023Excellent packaging as always and it arrived in really good condition. The caretaking instructions made it super easy. I repotted it straight away cause I thought the roots were already a tiny bit too impressive for the soilball it came in and it survived that easily.
