Straight from the nursery
Perlite Grains are little roasted volcanic rocks that make the potting soil airier and lighter. This results in roots that develop better and a satisfied, better growth of the plant. Besides the fact that Perlite looks good in your pot, the grains also add a drainage layer. It basically prevents your beauties from getting wet feet as it allows the water to distribute evenly and only when necessary. Want to multiply your green friends? Perlite is an ideal base for cuttings!

Great size! Just be careful, as they are pretty dry and you shouldn't inhale the dust! :)

We also wrote an extensive blog about how to unpack and prepare your plants for growth after shipping. However there are rare occasions where our plants don’t meet their full potential. That’s why all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival, if still in its original nursery pot.
