Not only her colour is what makes her pretty, her leaf shape is triangular and almost looks like the wings of butterflies, how endearing? You feel like a plant guru in no time, with growing these 5 tubers yourself! You can place them an inch deep into soil and cover them with a thin layer of soil. You can keep the soil slightly moist until she has grown into her mature version. Place her inside some bright, indirect light and she will start showing some sprouts soon! Once she has reached her mature stage, you can water her less regularly, since the soil has to dry partly out between waterings. In fall she goes dormant and loses her leaves. But don’t worry, you can regrow your tubers again in the coming spring!

March 30, 2024Super happy with this plant! The seeds started growing very quickly and it was super cool to see the little sprouts grow up. It even started flowering after a few weeks. It is the cutest plant with its butterfly wings that open during the day and close at night. <3
