In her natural surroundings, the Fittonia Joly Josan grows in partial shade conditions. This is good for her and makes sure that she keeps that vibrant and bold colour. She can tolerate lower light conditions, but might fade because of it. She likes warmth and humidity, which makes her a good candidate for a terrarium. Otherwise make her happy by placing her next to your humidifier or on top of a pebble tray. Lastly make sure to water her regularly, letting the soil dry out partly between waterings. Be aware that she is a thirsty baby and will show you when she is thirsty by drooping down.

Easy to care, the nice healthy plant. It was very happy near the north facing window. Later, I put it in the terrarium, and it gives larger leaves.

I received this baby in very good condition. Looks like the picture as well which was a great thing. It has now been 2 weeks since receiving the her and she is Thriving! I can't wait to see what she will become as time goes on!

We expect every order to arrive in tip-top shape. We take intensive care of the plants in our greenhouse and use special and as sustainable as possible protective packaging to ship our plants. We also wrote an extensive blog about how to unpack and prepare your plants for growth after shipping. However there are rare occasions where our plants don’t meet their full potential. That’s why all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival, if still in its original nursery pot.
