Fargesia Rufa is a hardy, clumping bamboo with bright green canes and elegant arching foliage. Its compact, upright habit makes it ideal for hedges, privacy screens, or container planting. Seasonal changes may affect the density of foliage at delivery, but its upright form provides reliable structure and greenery year-round. Its soft, flowing appearance adds texture and movement to garden spaces.
Plant in partial shade with fertile, moist, well-draining soil. Keep the soil consistently moist, especially during dry spells, to prevent leaf browning. Mulching helps conserve moisture and protect roots in colder months. Remove older or weak canes to maintain a healthy, dense appearance. Fargesia Rufa responds well to regular watering and occasional fertilization, promoting vigorous growth and lush, green foliage.
