This is a really unique and rare Alocasia baby. She has special pink stems with black specklesand her leaves are deeply incised. All together she has a really eccentric appearance. So for all the Alocasia lovers under us, this would be a very cool new addition to your collection. In every urban jungle she will be a definite eyecatcher.
This special baby would love a light spot, but make sure to keep her out of direct sunlight. We wouldn’t want those special leaves to sunburns. Provide her with a well draining soil mix and keep this slightly moist at all times. Alocasia don’t like drought around the roots, but also don’t like to be left standing with wet feet either. Just check very regularly if there is no water left behind in the bottom of the pot. This baby is a real humidity lover, she loves to be around 70%. This is also the reason why she would be a good candidate for a greenhouse.
