Senecio herreianus is a very unusual succulent. With its green oval-shaped and thick leaves on the beautiful vibrant purple stems really makes it one of a kind. With proper care, she can bloom herself with beautiful yellow flowers. This Purple Flush is a great way to subtly add color.
Give this Purple Flush Bright light with even occasional direct sun, she will be very happy with this. The more light, the more purple she will be. She is a succulent and therefore it is not necessary to water her until her potting soil is completely dry. A small splash is therefore really quite sufficient. A fast-draining potting soil, such as our succulent potting soil mix is perfect. With proper care she can grow beautiful long purple stems. How long will her stems grow at your home?
very nice colours

Everything about Senecio
Senecio is one of the biggest plant families that belong to the daisy (Asteraceae) family. There are over 1,000 different species of Senecio all over the world - some are annoying weeds, while others are beloved garden plants. Senecio succulents are also quite popular as houseplants and are perfect for growing indoors.
The name "Senecio" comes from the Latin word "senex," which means "old man." This is because many species of Senecio have a fluffy, white seed head like an older man's beard.
