The Pinea Silver Crest thrives best in bright, indirect sunlight but can also tolerate some direct light, especially in the early morning or late afternoon. It’s essential to keep this plant in a well-draining potting mix to avoid water accumulation around its roots, which could cause root rot. Water the Pinea when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch; this will help keep the roots hydrated without oversaturating them.
For best results, maintain a slightly cooler room temperature and avoid placing the plant near heat sources or cold drafts. Regular misting will also help replicate its natural humidity needs and keep its needles looking fresh and vibrant year-round.
