This little green baby Philodendron would like to grow within lots of bright indirect light. It would also be more than grateful for a humidity between 50-60%. And the temperature can be kept anywhere between 19 and 29 degrees.
Water this bay on a regular basis, with small sips of water. Overly wet soil can cause root rot and attract nasty pests. That is why we would advice to use a pot with drainage holes, so excess water can get out of the pot.
Once your baby is ready to be repotted, use a chinky and airy soil mix that is suitable for aroids. And that should cover its basic needs. :)
