This climber has, especially when mature, striking oblong green leaves with almost red stems. This makes this baby really special and striking. The Philodendron Burle-Marxii is named after the landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx, it is one of more than 50 plants that bear his name.
Not only is this baby philodendron Burle Marx extraordinary and eye-catching, she is also low-maintenance. The Philodendron Burle Marx likes bright places, but it doesn’t like direct sunlight. Do not place her to near the window. The Burle Marx does not like much water, so beware of over-watering and its risks. Nevertheless, the soil should be constantly moist during the growing period (spring and summer). During the cold months, however, you should let the upper soil layers dry out completely before watering her again. A splash once a week should be sufficient
