The Brasil can survive in many light conditions. Her preferred light condition is bright, indirect light. When she receives too much light, her leaves will become fully lime coloured and too low light can cause her mid stripe to become very thin. So you can play around with what is available inside your urban jungle.
She would like to be watered when the top of the soil is starting to feel dry. A good humidity will make sure the soil stays moist for a longer time period, but the Brasil will grow perfectly fine inside an average room humidity.
Your Brasil prefers a chunky soil mix and would like some nutrients during the growing season.

07 May 2024He look stunning! After nearly 6 days of transportation (including the weekend 2 days) to France, he still looks very healthy. Mine has 2 lime green leaves and 2 dark green mixed lime green leaves, and there are two new leaves that have not yet unfolded.
