The baby Ficus Elastica ‘Tineke’ doesn't need a lot of water, so don't water heavily but instead give small bits more often. The soil should be allowed to dry out a little between watering sessions. Turn your Tineke every few months to make sure it does not grow crooked. Sometimes the large leaves can become a bit dull, but this can be prevented by regularly dusting their top surfaces with a slightly damp cloth.
