Fargesia One Boo is a clumping bamboo with elegant, upright green canes and dense, graceful foliage. It grows 1.5–2 m high and 1–1.5 m wide at maturity. Plant 2–3 per square meter to create a lush, structured hedge or privacy screen. Its non-invasive growth habit makes it ideal for borders, garden edges, or container planting. Seasonal variations may result in slightly sparser foliage upon delivery, but its compact, arching form provides year-round movement and serenity in the garden.
Plant in partial shade with fertile, well-draining soil. Keep the soil consistently moist, particularly during dry periods, but avoid waterlogged roots. Mulching around the base helps retain moisture and regulate temperature. This bamboo tolerates light pruning, which can be used to remove old or weak canes and maintain a tidy, dense appearance. Regular watering during hot summers ensures vigorous growth and lush foliage.
