The Codiaeum Petra is a popular BabyPLNT that will brighten up any room. She is easy to care for and has few demands. She is a real sun worshipper. She appreciates direct sunlight for at least a few hours a day, but when the sun is at its highest it is better to take the Codiaeum Petra out of the sun. The soil should be kept moist but not soggy. The best advice is to water when you feel the top few inches of soil dry. Do you have small children or pets? Watch out, this plant is poisonous.

01 February 2024I really love the vibrant look of this plant. The older leaves show a wonderful pattern of red/orange/yellow veins, and the newer leaves are a fresh yellowish green. It’s been growing pretty quickly as well, and once I pruned it to get it to branch it looks even bushier.
