The Ceropegia Woodii 'String of Hearts' is a popular trailing succulent. She gets her nickname 'String of Hearts' from her too cute, heart-shaped leaves that drag gracefully downwards. The String of Hearts plant has delicate silver-grey-green leaves with a beautiful pattern and green to purple undersides.
