The baby Alocasia Polly, also known as the African mask plant, is a variegated Alocasia which is distinguished by its beautiful skeletal white vein patterns on its leaves. In their natural habitat of the rainforests of southeast Asia, Alocasias grow giant, umbrella-like leaves which are said to resemble the ear of an elephant. As forest plants they prefer a shady environment, so your little Polly will be thrilled if you can find her a nice spot on a shelf or in a corner where she can comfortably set about the serious business of growing!

So cute. it is adapting to the new house
My polly arrived a bit crooked and dry, with three small leaves, and a forth leaf unfurling, that came out a bit "crispy"
Mine died, one leaf at a time, over a period of 3-4 weeks. Of the 6 plants I purchased, this was the only one that died, so overall I'm happy.
My tiny and cute Polly looks great! I am very happy with my purchased. The plant is healthy and strong
Beautiful alocasia! The plant was even younger than on the photo but just as gorgeous. One of the four leaves came off as it did not seem attached by roots but I hope to propagate it by putting in water. Three of the leaves are new growth. The leaves are perfect and came unscathed.
