The Alocasia Nebula is a real eye catcher with her greyish leaves with a heavy nerve pattern. This pattern is pretty dark and can even come of as dark blue, pretty enchanting right? She also adds a little pop of colour, since the bottom of her leaves have a dark purple colour. All with all, a magnificent Alocasia species that can’t be missed in your PLNTS collection. Your Nebula would like to be water regularly, whenever the top of the soil is starting to feel dry. It’s best to keep her inside a pot with holes in the bottom, so extra water is able to drain out of the pot. She would also like to have well draining soil, to prevent her from getting waterlogged.
Provide her with a stable environment, in which 16 degrees is the bare minimum that she can survive in. She would prefer a humidity of above 50%. This can be provided to her by placing her near a humidifier or on top of a pebble tray.
