This (now still) small Alocasia Megalodon may look a lot like all the other Alocasia's, but this beauty, when she matures, will have beautiful large ribbed leaves with burgundy/purple veins and stems. So with this, you really get a special plant with a tough look in your home. She can grow very large and is so strong that it does well outdoors. Are you up to the challenge of growing this special baby Alocasia this big?
This Alociasa Megalodon can get really big. For this baby to grow well into such a large plant, it is advisable to water her regularly, she does like an always slightly moist potting soil. Be really careful not to keep the potting soil too wet for too long, as it is susceptible to root rot. During the growing months, it is a good idea to give her some extra nutrition. Furthermore, she likes a very light spot to grow well.
