La Ctenanthe Burle Marxii proviene dalle regioni tropicali dell'America centrale e meridionale ed è parente della Calathea. Le sue foglie rendono questa bellezza un vero e proprio richiamo visivo. La foglia lunga e ovale ha un motivo a spina di pesce a strisce ed è di colore verde scuro con sfumature grigio-verdi. La parte inferiore delle foglie è rossastra, come vi mostrerà ogni sera dopo il tramonto. Al mattino vi delizierà di nuovo con le sue bellissime foglie!
Questa pianta da preghiera a lisca di pesce è una pianta resistente. Predilige l'ombra e non ama assolutamente la luce diretta del sole, che brucia le sue belle foglie disegnate. Apprezza un ambiente umido, quindi è meglio aiutarla nebulizzandola quotidianamente con uno spruzzatore per piante. È importante mantenere il terreno umido

Decided to add this plant to my order on a whim, it caught my eye and I HAD to have it. Let me tell you, this plant can be picky. - Loves humidity and without it brown crispy spots will appear on the leaves. - LOVES water. This guy will throw a whole tantrum if you let the soil get dry or if it begins to compact. The edges of his leaves will curl and it’s as if the plant is hiding his beautiful fishbone design in an act of disobedience. Couple hours after a good water and his leaves will go completely back to normal as if nothing happened. Once you get the hang of figuring out exactly what this plant wants it’s easy peasy. I love taking photos of this plant throughout the day because he loves following the sun around the room and repositioning throughout the day. So cool to be able to see how much the plant has moved since you last took a picture!
