This Alocasia can be a bit more work to care for, but her gorgeous foliage makes all your efforts worth it!
Due to her tropical heritage she would love to grow inside a warmer and humid environment. You can keep the temperature around 20 degrees at all times and the humidity around 75% or even a bit higher. This makes her a good candidate for a greenhouse. This will make it much easier for you to maintain these needs.
You can give her a chunky potting soil mix that you can mix with our aroid potting mix kit. This kit contains substrates to hold moisture, but also allows excess water to drain from the soil. Sounds good, doesn’t it? :)
Water your pretty foliage plant whenever the top of the soil is starting to feel dry. The best way to test this is to stick your finger into the soil. Whenever this top layer feels dry, you can provide this beauty with a sip.

That’s why all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival, if still in its original nursery pot.
