Your dieffenbachia likes a bright spot without direct sun, where her variegation stays at its most vivid. Water weekly so the soil stays lightly moist, but never let her sit in a soggy pot. She appreciates average to higher humidity, so the occasional misting keeps her happy. Feed in spring and summer and repot every two years to keep up with her enthusiasm. Her sap is irritating when chewed, so keep pets and small children at a friendly distance, and wash your hands after pruning.
