The baby Xanthosoma Sagittifolium Variegata, better known as the "Mickey Mouse plant", is native to the tropics of South America. This baby belongs to the Aroid family and can grow huge under the right conditions! She can grow up to 3 metres tall. Her leaves can grow 15 centimetres long. WoW! The Xanthosoma Variegata has beautiful leaves in an unusual shape. The leaves have a cream or white hue. The hue is different on each leaf, making each new leaf a real surprise. This beautiful baby Mickey Mouse plant thrives in a humid environment, as she is native to the tropics. Her leaves can therefore also turn brown and crispy if her environment is not humid enough. Humidity above 60% is perfect for her! She likes lots of bright indirect light and needs water when the top (first 2 cm) of the soil feels dry. In spring she needs feeding twice a month, in winter she needs no feeding.
