One of many special varieties in the Philodendron family is the super pretty Philodendron Billitiae! Her looks are striking because she huge leaves in the shape of an arrow. The older she gets, the bigger her leaves will grow. Her leaves can even reach a length of 75 cm long, how impressive is that?! She looks very similar to her family relative the Philodendron Atabapoense, but the big difference is that the Billitiae has an eye-catching orange coloured stem. Next to that, the bottom of the leaves of the Billitiae are green, instead of red.
Delivered in a 4'' nursery pot.
The Billitiae prefers a spot in bright indirect sunlight so her pretty green leaves will remain that bright colour. Make sure the top of her soil is dried out before you’ll water her. Just like most plants, she is sensitive to overwatering, so better to give the Billitiae less water than too much. She enjoys herself in temperatures from 18-26 degrees Celcius, which makes her ideal to keep in your living room. She thrives great in high humid environments, so if you would like to make her extra happy you can always mist around her with a water sprayer, or increase the humidity with a humidifier. That’s why all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival, if still in its original nursery pot.
