The Alocasia Portodora is a very impressive Alocasia because of her thick stems and big, beautiful, green scalloped leaves. Her leaves can be up to 60 cm across, that is why they are also known as the upright elephant ear plant. This fast growing lady will fill your room in no time and will certainly give your room a real tropical vibe!

The Alocasia Portodora (Baby) grows up in lots of indirect sunlight. Her great great grandparents lived in the jungles of South East Asia.She likes to grow up in a similar, humid environment. Pamper your baby Portodora by giving her a good misting regularly. Keep her soil moist, but make sure you don’t water her too much as she doesn’t like wet feet. With these beginner tips, your baby will unfold herself into a real impressive beauty!
