This baby Cercestis Mirabilis is a special little plant that you may never have seen anywhere else. She is not yet widely known and that is exactly what makes her so fun. Her beautiful triangular leaves in combination with the light green leaf pattern makes this plant unique. This baby is a really great addition to any plant collector!
Cercestis Mirabilis is a rare species and likes to be in indirect sunlight. A nice bright spot in the house, but preferably not in full sun. Make sure her soil stays slightly moist, then you will make this rare species most happy! Finally, it is a good idea to eventually repot her in an airy potting soil (our Aroid potting soil mix for example) and put her in a place where the humidity is a bit higher. So a Terrarium would be perfect, but a spot among a group of other plants will also help. This will also prevent her leaves from getting brown edges.
This beauty deserves its prize! Amazing small queen !!
Healthy and thriving. Slow grower, but has put out a new big leaf since arrival.

Everything about Cercestis
The Cercestis is still a pretty unknown plant family, you might even have never heard about it! This plant family have a similar look to the Syngonium. They have arrow-shaped leaves with a beautiful pattern on top. Similar to the Syngonium, the Cercestis is also a climbing aroid.
The Cercestis originates from Africa, where it lives in a tropical area. Luckily, it is rather easy to grow in the urban jungle because it doesn't care much about growing requirements.
