Are there additional costs for UK orders?
No, there are no import fees and you do not have to pay additional costs after you placed your order.
Is there free shipping available for the UK ?
Yes, we do offer free shipping if you the total amount of your order is above £130.00.
Currently available products for the UK?
We are able to ship all of our products again! :)
What if my order gets stuck somewhere along the way?
Our support team is also ready for your Brexit questions! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can help you find the shipment.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders once a week on Wednesday. We have to report the plants for certification on Tuesday, to avoid mistakes we will ship all orders which were placed up till Monday. Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped the next week. We will ship the parcel directly to a Hermes warehouse, after they went through the inspection, where they will be distributed to make sure your plant will arrive fast and healthy.

Good news! We are finally shipping to the UK again! From today on, the Monstera Adansonii Variegated, all our Philodendron RarePLNTS and all medium-sized pots & baskets are available again for purchase.
All orders will be shipped with DHL Express and a phytosanitary certificate will be included in every order. Thank you so much for your patience.

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to make a second attempt to send the remaining orders to the UK. If possible, we will send out the remaining orders by April 30th. If a refund is required in the meantime, customer service can always be contacted.

Unfortunately a few shipments from the UK shipping trial have been returned to us. We are currently investigating the reason why this has happened and how we can prevent this in the future. Has your order been returned to us? No worries! We will send a new shipment to you next week. In case these shipments also get returned we will offer a full refund for your order.

We have reached 50 trial orders and have temporarily disabled UK as a shipping option again. Thank you very much for participating in this trial, we will ship out your orders as soon as possible! For everyone that couldn’t get their hands on any orders, we will give you an update as soon as we reopen shipping to the UK permanently.

As of March 4th 10:00AM CET we will start a shipping trial to the UK. We will ship roughly 50 orders. During this trial it will be possible to order all our products except our L and XL plants. Unfortunately we cannot send those. The packages will be sent with DHL express and a Phyto certification will be included. If there are problems with customs clearance, you can contact us and we will solve it.

The carriers have started shipping to the UK again, unfortunately they aren’t ready to ship plants yet due to the phytocertification needed. We hope their system for phytocertifications to be ready in the end of March, after we have done some testing in February we believe shipping to the UK will be possible again in the beginning of March. From the current available information the taxes will be 20% for all our products with 0% import duty. This is subject to change.

Currently the carriers do not transport to the UK anymore, therefore we will not be able to take any orders from the UK. We hope that in January it will be possible to make you happy with our PLNTS again, it is all still very uncertain for now. Thank you for your understanding and Happy Holidays. But there is hope!
